TrueSelf Coaching and Consulting offers consulting and training services specifically catered to the needs of the school or organization working with. As a certified Maxwell DISC consultant and trainer as well as certification in Social+Emotional Intelligence, workshops and trainings would be focused on self-awareness, strength identification, social and emotional intelligence in the workplace, behavioral patterns including communication skills and the impact on culture, etc. When working with organizations, the goal will be to create specialized professional development that meets the needs of the organization.
Additionally, the one-on-one and groups/team coaching packages are available to organizations that have specific staff members that would benefit from the packages and in turn have a positive impact on the organization.
