Truest Self Package

This package is for aspiring, new, and experienced leaders who want to increase their internal and external self-awareness, and identify areas of challenge and blind spots with a focus on leveraging and their strength so they are able to lead and live authentically.

It’s for up to 12 weeks and includes the following: This coaching engagement is between 8 and 12 weeks and includes.

• 1 – 90-minute Exploratory Session
• 1 – Psychometric assessment (Maxwell DISC, Social+Emotional Intelligence Profile or VIA Character Strengths)
• 1 – 90-minute Assessment Debriefing Session
• 7 – 60-minute coaching sessions
• Check-in texts and emails between sessions when needed
