Administer psychometric assessments for teams/groups
- Maxwell DISC Personality Indicator (certified trainer and consultants)
- Social and Emotional Intelligence Profile (SEIP) (certified to administer)
- VIA Survey of Character Strengths
Assessment analysis and debriefing for individuals, teams or entire staff within organizations. Work with leadership to provide coaching and/or consultation services where needed. Create organization specific workshop focused on self-awareness in the workplace, strength cultivation, communication skills, social and emotional intelligence, and other areas of professional and personal development. I use the AAFCE model to partner with organizations/leaders:
- Assess needs
- Analyze data
- Focus efforts
- Create plan
- Execute action steps
These assessments and briefings as well workshops are also valuable for governing
boards, marriage ministries, church leadership teams and other groups.
